AVETIKO is a premium handcrafted braided wig brand operated by NSK Resources LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AVETIKO website, including browsing, purchasing products, and using services offered through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Because our wigs are handcrafted, minor variations in braid placement, finishing, and appearance may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device's display settings.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want customers to feel confident purchasing from AVETIKO.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and quality assurance, customers may try on a wig to assess its fit and appearance only while wearing a clean wig cap throughout the entire fitting.

To qualify for a standard return, wigs must remain in their original condition, with the lace intact and uncut, and must not have been installed, washed, styled, altered, or worn beyond a permitted fitting.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving return instructions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

Our standard return conditions do not override applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

8. Product Care and Proper Use

Customers are responsible for following the care and handling instructions provided with their AVETIKO products.

Improper washing, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, adhesives, or unsuitable styling methods may damage a wig.

AVETIKO is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, unauthorized alterations, or ordinary wear and tear, except where otherwise required by law.

We recommend consulting the specific product's care instructions before cleaning, styling, or installing your wig.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, AVETIKO may offer promotional discounts, special offers, or limited-time sales.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, and purchase limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
